No, forms can be completed and validated offline, then as soon as an internet connection is available, it can be set to automatically upload completed forms, receive updates to the library of forms and receive part-prepopulated forms.

With Dataform, there’s no need for paper copies. Forms are securely stored in the cloud and can be integrated directly into your company’s back-end systems, eliminating duplication.

However, if a paper copy is required, the platform allows you to generate and print a PDF version. You can also exclude specific fields or sections, such as those designated “For Office Use Only,” from the printout for added security and flexibility.
